TURCK capacitive sensors utilize a non-contact sensing technology that detects a wide variety of materials. These sensors make use of a compensation electrode, and most come with sensitivity adjustments that allow a designer to tune out certain materials such as glass or plastic, making this type of sensor a common choice for point level applications.<

Magnetic position sensors are typically used on pneumatic cylinders that have internal magnets and non-ferrous housings. Turck has developed a number of different sensor housings and accessories that allow a designer to mount a BIM sensor on all common pneumatic air cylinders. In addition, we offer barrel sensor housings that can be used with external magnets for position applications.

Ultrasonic sensors are non-contact sensors that use sound waves to sense the target, making these sensors very versatile in solving both position and linear position applications. The ultrasonic sensor family has many options, including rectangular and barrel designs with set point, analog and/or IO-Link outputs.&

Turck’s linear position sensors are available in a variety of sensing technologies that provide a designer with a variety of options when deciding which solution best fits the application.

Inductive linear position sensors are non-contact sensors using the R-L-C principle of operation, with measuring ranges up to 1,000 mm.<

TURCK rotary position sensors are available in a non-contact rotary inductive sensor, as well as optical and magnetic encoders that offer a variety of options when deciding what solution best fits the application.<

Inclination sensors are a mems based sensor family that provide angular measurement relative to gravity. Depending on the sensor selected, these sensors are capable of single axis (up to 360°) or dual axis (X-Y) measurement angles ranging from 5° to 85°. Output choices include analog voltage, analog current, PNP, IO-Link, and CANopen.<

Pressure sensors from TURCK capture relative or absolute pressures in liquids and gases.

The PS series offers display, showing measuring ranges from vacuum to 600 bar. Outputs include set point, analog, and IO-Link. The PT series are transmitters without displays, measuring from vacuum to 7,500 PSIG. Outputs include 2 wire current and 3 wire analog voltage.

Temperature sensors from TURCK offer tailor-made solutions via displays, simple programming, and flexible process connections.

These sensors are available as 100 ohm platinum RTD, RTD transmitters with and without IO-Link, and temperature transmitters with display.

Flow sensors from TURCK are a versatile family of products with the ability to use either insertion or in-line designs to measure flow. These sensors are available as a calometric design that is best suited for monitoring flow, or as a magnetic inductive which functions as a flow meter.&
