Responsibilities: Main Role:
As a Business Development and Application Engineer, you are required to ensure timeliness and accuracy in preparing proposals/quotations to customers. In addition, you shall also achieve the company¡¯s Sales Target assigned to you and your department. At this level, we are expecting you to be self-confident, possess good technical skills, resourceful, planning for marketing activities and generate Sales Report to General Manager on timely manner.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• To handle product sales and marketing by providing timely and fit for purpose application, quotation and technical support to customer.
• Participate in technical and commercial clarification meetings.
• Support team to achieve department¡¯s Sales Targets and grow with the Company.
• Generate new leads and simultaneously pursue in selling products.
• Maintain good communication and working relationship with internal teams, Clients, Consultants, Contractors, Procurement/Buyer and any other related person.
• Prepare Technical/Engineering proposal and attend site visits.
• Prepare and provide comprehensive and competitive proposal/quotation according to customer requirement.
• Control proposal/quotation costing by proposing cost effective solutions; new technology or fit for purpose solutions and source for most cost-effective materials, suppliers and manpower service providers.
• Manage and support full cycle of projects.

Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor¡¯s Degree in Engineering (Electrical & instrument/Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in automation field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in project management.
• Well verse with PMP, PLC, SCADA and automation components.
• Must be able to lead and manage full cycle of a project.
• Has general industry and main contractor existing client base.
• Willing to travel within Malaysia.
• Must possess own transport.
• Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Possess well written English skills.
• Able to communicate with all levels comfortably.
• Willing to be based in Puchong Gateway OR Masai, Johor OR Gebeng, Kuantan.
